About MPS

The Mont Pelerin Society (MPS) is an international organization composed of economists, philosophers, historians, intellectuals and business leaders who champion the ideas of liberty, freedom and prosperity. The members of the society advocate for freedom of expression, free market economic policies and the political values of an open society. While some free nations have become wealthy, a large part of the world, notably in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Latin America, still has limited economic freedom, and as a consequence, generated limited wealth. What can be done to enhance the cause of freedom & prosperity in these societies?
